I am almost done with this project! I just have to finish the interior then off I will be to 3d! I drew this with a ball point pen and put together in PS using my wacom. Now I am going to go play with some paper.

You guys enjoy this one. Dug this out of the sketches folder. It was going to be the front of my LM 30.2 concept for Local Motors but did not finish in time to submit it to the contest. "Where there is failure there is room to grow." I don't know exactly where i heard that quote but it sure does make sense.

Inspired by Al Capone's Cadillac v16 back from the 1930's. Man those guys had some fast cars back then.

Designer Mentoring Program

Hey guys whats up,

For those wondering what this post is about, the title says it all. I came across Brian Ling's Blog (http://www.designsojourn.com) a few weeks back He's offered 5 lucky designers to be mentored by him. I know that I mostly work on automotive designs but Ive been thinking about branching out for a while now.

Here is what what I responded to his post with:

I am in Dallas Texas United States and I am a 1st year Graphic designer. I have always been interested in design in general. I am trying to improve my portfolio to get into Art Center. I am interested in just about every aspect of design. Currently I work on minor graphic designs for a hardware and plumbing distributor. I am also an assistant in marketing. The company I work for is geared towards architecture and interior design. Looking at all the amazing products designed by Phillipe Starck for Hansgrohe and Duravit was what really pushed me into industrial design. I want to design everything right now and I want you to help achieve that or at least narrow it down a little. Im moving to L.A.

I know its a bad time to be moving but its a great time to start studies. So I am leaving for L.A. in a few weeks here. Art Center here I come!!
